About Real Talk Theatre

I founded Real Talk Theatre Company in 2016, with the aim of creating awareness about mental health through performance, interactive workshops and presentations. Real Talk Theatre is supported by the Prince’s Trust and has toured all over England, delivering workshops in Primary and Secondary Schools and Colleges helping thousands of young people with their mental health and wellbeing.

“The work that Real Talk Theatre Company are doing is really valuable and wholly relevant for schools from a pastoral perspective. There is a need for both staff and students to talk about mental health and well-being. The discussions prompted by the company were vibrant and led to some interesting debate. It was good to see the students open up and take the opportunity to talk about their feelings and experiences in a safe and positive environment.”

“Real Talk Theatre’s vibe was infectious! They provided a unique way of engaging with our students and sent a clear message that we need to talk about mental health. I’m glad I found them!”
